25 years of Winds Magazine has
given Basbwe a tremendous resource of articles on repertoire, composers,
the history of wind music, conducting, instrumental training and many
other areas of interest. A selection of these articles (at present
incomplete) can be accessed from this page.
All files are in Adobe PDF
format. The files sizes are mostly less than half a megabyte, and so
should open very quickly on a broadband or DSL connection. With a dial-up
modem they may take a minute or two - unfortunately there is nothing we
can do about this. The software needed to read these files is most probably installed
on your computer but just in case, here's the link;

by category and information about the author and the date of
publication is also given. Should you wish to reproduce any article
in any way you must seek the permission of the author.
