for details
- Driving times are around 5.5 hours
from London, 4.5 hours from Birmingham and 3.5 hours from Manchester
- International delegates considering
taking in both the Basbwe IWF and WASBE 2007 in Killarney, Ireland
have several attractive options for the journey to Killarney. The
quickest way is a 30 minute train to Edinburgh and a
direct flight to
Cork (currently about US$25) which is around 50km from
Killarney. A more leisurely approach might be to hire a car and take a
few days to drive down through the borders of Scotland, stop for a
game of golf at Turnberry,
taking a ferry from Stranraer across to Northern Ireland
and stopping off in Belfast and Dublin en route.
Accommodation near the RSAMD is plentiful.
